Waking up today, I had an interesting idea for my Thanksgiving Day challenge this year.
Here’s how it works:
Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Start the timer.
In 5 minutes, type as many things as you can think of that you’re grateful for.
Don’t worry about spelling, capitalization, etc.
Don’t think about it beforehand. Just do it.
Ready?
Set?
Go!

That’s it. I thought it would be easy, but found out my brain likes to pause more often than it should when doing things like this.
Try it. It’s pretty neat to see what pops into your mind while you’re typing as fast as you can.
